Investor Relations Analyst – Real Estate

Description

Our client is a European real estate investments house firm. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an Investor Relations Analyst to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Assist with the implementation of investor relations processes and communication.
• Work on research projects and maintain up to date marketing materials for client/investor presentations.
• Prepare and publish reports.
• Work with the senior team members to assist them with presentations.
• Actively contribute on ad-hoc requests together with the Director of Investor Relations.

The Investor Relations Analyst will meet the following skillset:

• 5+ years’ experience working within investor relations.
• Understanding and experience of real estate strategies is essential.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and writing English, additional European languages would be desirable.
• Strong analytical ability and numerate.
• Highly organised, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
