Investor Relations Manager, Real Estate

Description

Our client is a growing international asset management house looking to recruit an Investor Relations Manager to join their high-performing global Investor Relations team.

The Investor Relations Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Promote and raise capital for the global product offering from institutional investors, endowments and foundations, family offices and other investors
• Identify and look to expand the number of limited partner relationships in specific European countries
• Contribute to local and global product development
• Form collaborative relationships with the investment teams, the Portfolio Managers and other investment professionals
• Keep abreast of market opportunities and competitors
• Promote the brand and product through events, PR, and continue to attract new investors to the firm

The Investor Relations Manager will meet the following skillset:

• Degree level or equivalent in a related business/analytical subject or relevant certifications such as CFA is desired
• 5+ years’ experience capital raising across real estate and/or real estate investments
• Demonstrable real estate experience within the UK and Continental Europe
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create persuasive presentations and effectively write and present information
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues and clients across all levels
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly in a changing environment
• A strong work ethic, focused and results oriented
• Self-motivated and proactive with managing workload and own professional development
• An additional European language would be an advantage
