Relationship Executive

Description

Our client, a global investment management house, is looking to strengthen its Business Development function through the addition of a Relationship Executive  – Institutional.

The Relationship Executivet – Institutional will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Coordination of bespoke client and prospect presentation materials, briefing books and collateral materials as well as meeting notes required for external meetings
• Participating in in-house client, consultant and prospect meetings and conference calls
• Conducting analysis on a wide variety of topics, including portfolio and product-specific information, investment guidelines and market trends
• Acting as a point of contact for various client groups
• Coordinating key client communications
• Supporting the Relationship and Business Development Managers in the organisation of client roadshows and client review meetings
• Coordinating RFIs and RFPs

The Relationship Executive  – Institutional will meet the following skillset:

• 2-5 years experience in the asset management sector, working with institutional clients (candidates could come from an Investor Relations, Client Service or Sales Support background, for example)
• Demonstrate a genuine curiosity toward capital markets and investment products
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Educated to degree level with a minimum of a 2.1 classification
