We’re partnering with a highly regarded, London-based hedge fund specialist to find a Marketing Operations Associate for their growing Marketing and Communications team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment and wants to build their career at the intersection of financial services and marketing operations.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, playing a key role in the production and delivery of investor-facing marketing materials, workflow coordination, and the ongoing development of marketing infrastructure. There’s genuine scope to contribute to process improvement — including working with proprietary presentation systems and in-house developers to build more efficient templates and workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials via proprietary presentation automation tools

✅ Coordinating compliance approvals for marketing content

✅ Overseeing version control for design updates and change requests

✅ Supporting project management, team coordination, and internal trackers

✅ Quality-checking presentations, spreadsheets, and external-facing materials

✅ Providing back-up support across website management and WordPress maintenance

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Experience in a marketing, operational, or administrative role

🔹 Familiarity with Salesforce, email marketing tools, and MS Office

🔹 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

🔹 Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management ability

🔹 Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

🔹 Degree educated (any discipline welcome)
