Description

Our Client, a leading Global Asset Manager with is currently seeking a Oversight Analyst to join a thriving team on a for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the Platform Oversight mailbox, providing responses where possible and escalating when necessary
  • Timely completion of daily control checklist tasks with a high level of attention to detail
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with outsourced service providers
  • Providing assistance with investigating Risk Events and breaches
  • Creation and revision of procedures relating to processes undertaken by the team
  • Remain aware of opportunities to improve the team’s oversight and controls
  • Ensuring service standards are being met
  • Ad-hoc projects work

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience within a buy-side asset management house
  • Good at working in a team, and with other teams
  • Detailed knowledge of industry regulations (CASS, COBS etc)
  • Experience in workflow analysis and documentation
  • Solid analytical skills and understanding of processes, technology and operational concepts
  • Good at analysing and solving problems
  • Strong proficiency with Excel
  • CISI and CFA qualifications desirable
