Our client is a leading name within the investment management industry. As a result of the company’s success, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Performance Analyst to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of Performance, the Senior Performance Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Calculating and analysing performance and attribution using specific performance systems as well as some manual spreadsheets
  • Calculating all GIPS composites, MI Reports and Board reporting
  • Production of performance reports
  • Developing systems to support client requirements
  • Leading ad hoc projects to improve efficiency within the Performance team
  • Writing commentaries to explain fund performance
  • Enhancing the current performance reporting process by using advanced Excel, VBA and/or SQL

The Senior Performance Analyst will meet the following skill set:

  • Previous experience working as a Performance Analyst within an investment management house
  • Experience of multi-asset performance analysis
  • Sees themselves as a natural problem solver
  • Holds the IMC or IOC (or is working towards completion)
  • Highly numerate – numerical degree is preferred
  • VBA/SQL proficiency
