Description

We are working with a boutique and growing investment management house who are looking to hire a Performance Analyst on a permanent basis. This position is based in London and best suits candidates with a work history in performance and risk analysis.

The Performance Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day analyst duties, including performing regular portfolio analysis and collating reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams and build essential relationships with external groups and clients.
  • Conduct analysis to monitor the performance of specific business groups and asset classes.
  • Proactively engage with strategic projects across the business.
  • Monitor portfolio metrics and provide analysis on issues, including ESG and sustainability.
  • Manage and maintain the internal data systems to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc risk work across the team, as they arise.

The Performance Analyst will meet the following skillset:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an analytical role within the investment management sector.
  • Experience in risk and performance.
  • Solid understanding of fixed income and multi-asset portfolios.
  • Degree educated.
  • Strong IT and programming skills.
  • Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
