Description

A prestigious asset management firm is seeking to recruit a Portfolio Implementation Analyst.  In this role you will collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders working across Global Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset strategies.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Support portfolio managers by implementing investment decisions across a range of funds
  • Managing trade orders to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
  • Monitor daily cash flows and oversee portfolio rebalancing
  • Deliver daily reports for Portfolio Managers on portfolio positioning, trading activity, and performance
  • Ensure portfolios adhere to house views and comply with risk and investment parameters
  • Assist in FX hedging and review currency exposures
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects including process automation and system enhancements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Degree educated, ideally in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Coding experience in Python (highly desirable)
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen interest in financial markets
