Our client, a boutique Wealth Management house is looking to hire a Private Client Services Advisor to join their growing Client Services team in London.


The Private Client Services Advisor responsibilities will be:

  • Overseeing new client applications and client closure requests, together with web valuation administration.
  • Manufacturing and producing monthly valuations for SIPP providers and clients, alongside periodic client reporting.
  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients, answering all queries whilst providing responses to information related communications.
  • Provide high quality, client centred organisational service in an efficient manner whilst liaising directly with Head of Client Services.


The Private Client Services Advisor will have the following credentials:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Client Services within the Wealth Management sector.
  • Strong knowledge of High-Net-Worth clients, wealth management and the private client sector.
  • Strong analytical and risk awareness skills alongside ability to organise and prioritise simultaneous tasks.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
