Description
Our client is a medium sized asset management house based in the City of London. Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Product Communications Executive to be responsible for accurate and timely delivery of regulatory and marketing material for the firm’s product ranges.
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Communications Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:
Product Documentation
- Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies and service providers, the production and publication of regulatory-required and firm defined product marketing material including;
- monthly fund factsheets
- UCITS Key Investor Information Documents
- PRIIPs Key Information Documents
- application forms
- fund performance and allocation presentations
- Minimum Disclosure Documents
Product Data
- Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies and service providers, the production and publication of regulatory-required and firm defined product data including European MiFID Template and PRIIPs Template
- Monthly product data dissemination to provide an accurate fund data source and timely provision of data feeds to the firm’s website and external data houses
- Ensure that product marketing material is in line with regulatory requirements, and the firm’s internal requirements.
- Manage day-to-day relationships and liaison with key vendors and data houses
Product Management Support
- Assist with regular reporting to, and on behalf of, boards of fund management companies
- Participate in regulatory change projects
- Assist with completion of Annual Product Reviews and Assessment of Value
- Complete competitor research with market analysis into distribution flows, trends, new strategies and new markets
The Product Communications Executive will take responsibility for the following:
- 1-2 years’ experience within investment management
- Experience in a role such as Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Marketing Executive or Product Executive
- Knowledge of UCITS and AIFs is desirable but not essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
