Description
Our client is a leading investments company with multiple offices across the globe. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Product Delivery Analyst to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
The Product Delivery Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Co-ordinating the development of new products and modifications for new and existing clients
- Fund launches and modifications for UCITS, NURS and QIS, structured as OEICs, Unit Trusts and Authorised Contractual Schemes (ACS)
- Work closely with New Business Development / Client Relationship teams and external investment managers to define product opportunities and draft proposals for new products
- Consult with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to prepare proposals for internal approval
- Coordinating with external service providers such as Custodians and fund accounting partners to ensure that the appropriate operational requirements are in place
- Reporting all risks identified during the delivery of the fund launch or change taking place
- Actively manage projects to ensure the delivery is to agreed timescale, and to a consistently high standard
- Keeping all stakeholders informed of progress throughout the project through regular project meetings and communication
- Build a control Framework to support Product Delivery for new fund launches, changes for existing funds
The Product Delivery Analyst will meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the investment management industry
- Experience in Product Development or Product Management
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in fund launches
- Experience in prospectus updates
- Excellent communication skills
