Description

Our client is a respected and values-driven investment management firm. Due to continued business growth, they are now looking to recruit an RFP Associate to join their dynamic Market Development team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a content or bid writer – from financial services, the charity sector, or another regulated industry – who is looking to transition into investment management and build a career in a specialist writing and communications role.

Reporting to the Consultant Databases and RFPs Manager, the RFP Associate will take responsibility for the following:

• Crafting tailored, high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires
• Working with subject matter experts across investment, compliance, legal and operations to gather accurate, insightful content
• Supporting the creation of pitch and presentation materials for client meetings and new business proposals
• Ensuring all documents are well-written, visually polished, and aligned with brand and compliance standards
• Updating content libraries, consultant databases, and supporting the maintenance of proposal tools (e.g. Qvidian)
• Contributing ideas to improve the efficiency, tone, and impact of written materials
• Managing deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Prior experience in a bid writing, proposal writing, or content creation role — ideally within financial services, consultancy, or the not-for-profit sector
• Outstanding written English, with the ability to interpret complex information clearly and professionally
• Strong organisational and project management skills; able to prioritise and work across multiple deliverables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with proposal software (e.g. Qvidian) is a plus but not required
• A collaborative and curious mindset, with a genuine interest in learning about investments and financial markets

This is an ideal opportunity for a communications-focused professional looking to transition into the investment management space. The company offers hands-on training, exposure to investment professionals, and a strong culture of development and inclusion.

If you believe your experience meets the criteria, please apply with a copy of your CV.

Please note, this is a highly competitive position. We receive a high volume of applications and are unable to respond to each CV.
