RFP Manager – Fixed Income

Description

A west end based investment management firm is looking to recruit a senior RFP candidate. This is a new hire to build out their team in London.  As the business becomes more institutional focused, they are looking for a senior writer to improve their processes and produce quality RFPs.

Key responsibilities:

• Manager and deliver RFP focused projects
• Complete RFPs, DDQs, DDDs and pro-formas
• Provide sales support for all fund and company related information requests
• Co-ordinate with the sales teams on content, context, nuances, deadlines and client needs
• Liaise with all company departments to complete and help peer review RFPs and DDQs
• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of PMAPS
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the Distribution business

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years previous RFP writing experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience reporting into senior stakeholders
• A proactive and hardworking attitude with a passion for producing quality work
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg and RFP software
