London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Salary up to £85,000 + bonus & benefits

We’re working with a highly regarded, global active asset management firm as they continue to build out their London presence. With a long-established track record and a strong institutional client base, the firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality investment capability and commitment to developing its people.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Global RFP and Marketing team, partnering closely with colleagues in the US and Europe, and gaining broad exposure across both fixed income and equity strategies.

The Role

As an RFP Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting institutional sales and consultant relations teams by delivering high-quality, customised RFPs, RFIs and client questionnaires. You’ll work closely with investment, ESG, legal and compliance teams to ensure responses are accurate, consistent and compliant, while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience writing RFPs and/or investment marketing materials within an asset management firm
  • Strong understanding of institutional investors and distribution channels
  • Experience working with fixed income and/or equity products
  • Exposure to ESG-related investment content
  • Confident managing RFPs end-to-end and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Strong writing, organisational and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or progress toward CFA/MBA is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and complete complex RFPs, RFIs, consultant questionnaires and ad-hoc requests
  • Partner with investment teams to articulate product positioning across fixed income and equity strategies
  • Collaborate with ESG, legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging
  • Support client service teams with ongoing client and consultant questionnaires
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using proprietary RFP and content management systems
  • Work closely with global colleagues to deliver consistent messaging across regions
