RFP Writer

Description

Our client is a global top-tier investment management house with over $400 billion in assets under management across 50+ countries. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an RFP Writer to join their London office on a permanent basis (hybrid, three days per week in the office).

Reporting directly to the Global RFP team, the RFP Writer will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Partnering with investment, marketing, compliance, ESG and client service teams to produce high-quality, compliant marketing materials and RFP responses

• Supporting institutional sales and consultant relations by completing complex and customised RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires across equity and fixed income strategies

• Managing multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborating with colleagues across the US, Europe and Asia to deliver consistent and compelling client communications

• Ensuring responses reflect the firm’s investment expertise and align with legal, regulatory and brand standards

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skillset:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience producing RFPs or marketing materials for equity and/or fixed income products within investment management

• Strong understanding of institutional investor channels and their requirements

• Experience producing ESG-related content is highly advantageous

• Excellent project management, organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling client-focused messaging
