RFP Specialist

A fast growing, global investment company is looking for an RFP Specialist to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis in their London office.

Taking primary responsibility for overseeing the global management of the RFP/DDQ process, the RFP Specialist will assume the following duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring responses are approved and meet the necessary compliance requirements.
  • Be an active member across the team and wider company, including contributing in meetings.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure knowledge and information is up to date and current.
  • Manage and utilise the internal RFP database.
  • Reporting and managing relationships and expectations of senior stakeholders.

The RFP Specialist will meet the following skillset:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an RFP role with a global asset manager.
  • Knowledge of investment markets and processes, including all asset classes.
  • Familiar with the institutional and advisory marketplace with an understanding of the different investment strategies and funds.
  • Highly organised and proactive individual, with good attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinker.
