RFP Writer

Description

Our client is a leading, global Asset Management firm, renowned for their award-winning culture. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled RFP Writer to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Head of RFP, the RFP Writer will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:

• Coordinate and compile information for completing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring all required data is gathered accurately.
• Analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from various tools to craft precise responses for questionnaires.
• Collaborate with RFP content managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy of responses, incorporating feedback from quality reviews, and ensuring timely submission.
• Manage workload efficiently, keeping sales and distribution teams informed on project progress, and perform additional duties as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in or supporting an RFP function.
• Familiarity with RFP content databases and consultant databases is preferred.
• Holding the IMC or being willing to pursue this qualification, with prior exposure to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors being a plus.
