Our client, a top-tier asset manager, is proactively growing their Northern Europe client team, based in Sweden. They are looking to hire a Sales Associate to join their Stockholm office and support the Regional Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior/mid level candidate to get real exposure to a growing business and the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate client meetings
  • Manage the process of producing client materials (e.g. presentations, factsheets, comparison sheets etc.)
  • Prepare follow ups from client meetings
  • Review RFPs and DDQs, ensuring they are of high quality and accurate
  • Act as a Salesforce super user; ensuring the team’s compliance and up-to-date record of all relevant client activities
  • Perform country, sector and prospect research to provide input to client targeting and campaign activity.

Essential requirements

  • Strong academic background, up to degree level.
  • Fluency in English and an additional Nordic language (and/or Dutch)
  • 2-4 years experience in a relevant client-focused role within asset management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
