Sales & Business Associate

Our client is a highly reputable Asset Manager with over £14Bn AuM based in London. Due to growth of their institutional book of business they are seeking to hire a Sales & Business Associate to support and work closely with a Senior Sales Manager.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Internal and external sales support:
    • Keeping relationship managers up to speed with the firms product offering and stimulate appetite for new client visits.
    • Create and amend pitch materials.
    • Attend client and sales meetings where necessary, including travel.
  • Data Analysis/Process Improvement:
    • Automate a number of processes including portfolio analysis and MI data.
    • Perform technical analysis including competitor analysis/performance attribution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years experience at a reputable Asset Manager – either in a technical role or institutional sales support position.
  • Expert excel (VBA) is essential, along with proficiency with PowerPoint and Bloomberg.
  • Multilingual (ideally French or German).
  • Completed the IMC and/or working towards the CFA.

This is an initial 12 month FTC which is extremely likely to go permanent and an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to progress their career in an extremely busy environment.
