Our client is a global investment management house with a strong reputation and international reach. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager (UK & Ireland) – ETF & Index Solutions to join their high-performing Client Group on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Head of ETF & Index Sales, the Sales Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Driving business development across the UK & Ireland, with a strong focus on professional clients including private banks, asset managers, wealth managers, and institutional investors

• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships, positioning the firm as the ETF and index provider of choice

• Partnering with colleagues across sales and investment teams to deliver the BNP Paribas Easy strategy and grow market share

• Identifying new opportunities, keeping management informed of market developments and client needs

• Supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen client engagement and brand visibility across the region

The Sales Manager will meet the following skillset:

• Strong sales experience within asset management, with a proven track record in client relationship management and business development

• Good knowledge of ETFs or other financial instruments

• Excellent understanding of the UK wholesale, advisory and retail markets

• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

• Proactive, results-driven, and commercially focused, with high levels of energy and ambition
