Our client, a growing asset manager, is looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join their Sales department, based in London.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a firm that is experiencing huge growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Service all clients by delivering timely and accurate fund and operational assistance in response to queries which can range from literature, detailed fund information and performance attribution requests
  • Provide full support to the Sales team and assist them in raising and maintain assets for funds and mandates
  • Support the Sales team in organising client marketing trips, fund manager launches, meetings and conference calls
  • Maintain and update records on the CRM
  • Establish effective internal relationships with relevant colleagues to ensure that high levels of client service are maintained at all times

Essential requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Support role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of unit trusts and OEICs, pricing and OCFs and Segregated institutional mandates
  • Good understanding of what constitutes excellent client service
  • Good knowledge of CRM database management, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of financial promotion and TCF regulations
