Our client, a well-established asset manager, is looking to recruit a Sales Support (UK Wholesale) to join their UK Intermediary Sales team, based in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 4 year’s of experience in a similar sales support role, looking to take the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support to the UK Intermediary Sales team
  • Book client meetings with relevant fund managers and sales persons
  • Liaise with the RFP team to ensure that the monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc questionnaires are completed
  • Find new contacts for the sales team when possible
  • Update CRM with all new clients, help the sales team with follow-ups
  • Be involved in planning meetings regarding literature, timings, roadshows, fund manager & sales team calendars
  • Arrange fund manager update conference calls when required on a one on one basis with UK Intermediary clients

Essential requirements

  • Minimum of 4 year’s experience working in a Sales Support role in asset management
  • Wholesale/Intermediary experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience of prioritising workloads, working to strict deadlines
  • Team player
  • Proactive self starter and able to work independently
