Senior ALM Analyst

Description

Our client, a large UK pension fund, is looking to hire a Senior ALM Analyst to join the Investment Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively involved in the day-to-day running of ALM systems, maintaining high levels of data quality and reliability
• Conduct research on relevant ALM topics, including strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction and hedging design
• Engage with various teams to provide support for ALM activities and strategic investment advice
• Work with key internal stakeholders to collect and analyse ALM data from multiple sources
• Liaise with IT department to leverage their expertise in data management
• Provide input into key
• Support the writing and monitoring of key documentation for ALM processes

Requirements:

• Relevant ALM experience
• Prior modelling experience would be beneficial
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, Python, SQL
• Strong  stakeholder management skills
• Can-do and positive attitude, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
