An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a successful asset management firm as a Senior Client Service Executive. This position directly reports to the Client Service Team Manager assisting with managing new/ existing client relationships and increasing engagement.

The Senior Client Service Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Support the team to produce tailored investment reporting materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams to effectively manage client assets.
  • Engage and contribute in client meetings and events, where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with and be the point of contact for key clients and contacts.
  • Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc requests across the team, as they arise.

The Senior Client Service Executive will meet the following skillset:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Client Services within the asset management sector.
  • Gained an IMC or IAQ qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional markets.
  • Keen interest in investment strategies.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
