Description

A global asset management firm are looking to hire a product specialist to focus on ESG equity strategies as they continue to enhance their reputation as a leader in responsible and sustainable investing. This role will play a pivotal role in driving commercialisation of the ESG/Sustainable equity strategies and acting as the technical expert for clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for sustainable investment related queries, both internally and externally
  • Represent the investment team at client and consultant meetings and pitches
  • Contribute to strategic development of the team’s capabilities, supporting with product innovation and launches
  • Produce thought-leadership and market update pieces on thematic ESG topics
  • Lead on product messaging and positioning to ensure it is consistent across all marketing content
  • Create marketing materials and content in order to articulate sustainable credentials of the strategies
  • Response to client queries relating to ESG issues

Candidate Requirements

  • 7-10 years relevant experience in an Investment Specialist or other client-facing role
  • CFA qualification would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with a client focused approach
  • Genuine passion for sustainable investing and understanding of sustainability-related regulation
  • Can-do attitude and enjoy working in a collegial environment
