Description

Our client is a well-established, global asset management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Senior Performance Analyst to join their high-performing Performance team on a permanent basis.

The Senior Performance Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Undertake research of complex performance issues and provided solutions/improvements.
  • Support Product Management and Distribution by providing perceptive performance analysis and technical reports.
  • Develop methods of measuring and analysing performance of funds and their technical features.
  • Use performance expertise to assist with presentations and client meetings.
  • Actively contribute and lead on ad hoc special projects as they arise.

The Senior Performance Analyst will meet the following skillset:

  • 5+ years’ experience within the asset management industry.
  • Astute understanding of all asset classes
  • CIPM or CFA qualified would be desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Factset, Eagle or Aladdin highly desirable
  • Strong analytical ability and numerate.
  • Positive attitude towards problem solving.
  • The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
