Senior RFP Writer (Associate Director Level) – Private Markets

£85,000 + Bonus and Benefits | London | Hybrid

We’re working with a highly regarded global investment firm to hire a Senior RFP Writer to support their growing private markets platform.

This is a senior, high-impact role at the centre of the business, partnering closely with investment, product and client teams to deliver compelling, best-in-class RFPs, DDQs and client materials across a broad range of private markets strategies.

It’s a newly created position with real scope to take ownership and refine processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex RFPs and DDQs
• Producing high-quality, tailored written content across private equity, credit and real assets
• Working directly with senior stakeholders across investment and client teams
• Maintaining and evolving the firm’s content library and messaging
• Driving efficiencies and best practice across the RFP process

Candidate profile:

• Circa 10 years’ RFP experience with RFPs
• Strong private markets experience is essential
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing, editing and stakeholder management skills
• Confident engaging with senior internal stakeholders
