Our client, a leading institutional asset manager, is looking to recruit a Senior RFP Specialist to join their team based in London on a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and creative individual with strong attention to detail.

The Senior RFP Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, complex requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) based on well-researched understanding of clients’ needs.
  • Effective management of an established RFP process from inception through to delivery.
  • Update and maintain the content of the RFP content database.
  • Establish strong working relationships with all internal clients (i.e. Client Directors, Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists), liaising with them to obtain information.
  • Support RFP team and wider marketing team initiatives and projects where appropriate.

The Senior RFP Specialist will require the following skill set:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an RFP position within asset management is essential.
  • Strong investment knowledge across major asset classes.
  • Familiarity with RFP content systems e.g. PMAPS.
  • Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
