Description
A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced leader to head its retirement client services function within a fast-growing direct platform. This is a key role focused on scaling operations, enhancing service quality, and leading high-performing teams in a complex pensions environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a client services team, driving a high-performance culture.
- Oversee service delivery against KPIs/SLAs, implementing improvements where needed.
- Act as an escalation point for complex pension (SIPP) queries.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and product teams.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve client outcomes.
- Manage resource planning to meet growing demand.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong leadership experience within financial services client operations.
- Solid understanding of pensions/SIPP and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of improving performance and leading through change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
