Trainee Investment Analyst

Description

Our client is a top-tier investment management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Trainee Investment Analyst to join their high-performing Investment team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, the Trainee Investment Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Identify and resolve issues arising from various internal processes.
• Support the CIO with collating data to inform decision-making.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of meeting materials, including reports, papers, slides, etc.
• Assist with administrative duties, including minute-taking and records of investment meetings.

The Trainee Investment Analyst will meet the following skillset:

• University Degree is not essential (applications from school leavers will be considered).
• Experience in the industry is not required.
• Interested in gaining exposure to the investment management industry.
• Enthusiastic, friendly individual with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail.
• Overall, the job role will provide most of the opportunities to learn the job skills required.
