Description

A highly prestigious global asset management firm are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to manage their TCA and Best Execution function.

The role will sit as part of the Investment team, liaising closely with the Trading desk to conduct TCA and Best Execution reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Trading desk to develop desk specific analysis to assist with best execution obligations
  • Produce client TCA and best execution reports on behalf of trading desk
  • Review and challenge data to ensure reports are accurate and understood prior to their distribution to clients
  • Conduct analysis of data and report findings to Head of Trading and Investment committees
  • Produce data to help reduce costs and improve elements of trade execution
  • Manage relationship with TCA vendor

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience in a similar TCA, Best Execution or market analysis role
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ideally knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income asset classes
  • Excellent communicator
  • Self-motivated to work individually as well as having a strong ethic as a team player
