Our client is a leading asset manager who operate on a global scale. They are currently looking to hire a Client Service Manager to join their rapidly growing team in London to focus on the UK and Insurance channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first class client service to clients globally, serving in a COO type of role to ensure servicing needs are met.
  • Drive resolution of client service matters and meet with clients to discuss servicing related activities.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and manage all aspects of the client relationship.
  • Partner with other functional areas to address client issues and opportunities.
  • Manage the client teams’ work, including reporting and onboarding, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Lead on, and work with senior stakeholders, in relation to high-level client related projects and strategic initiatives.


  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in the investment management industry, ideally gained within a client service or business management function.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work in collaboration with key business areas.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
