Description
A global investment management house is looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join their London team. This role will involve supporting relationships with their insurance client base.
Key elements of the role include:
- Deliver an outstanding client management experience to insurance clients
- Meet with clients on occasion to discuss operational and servicing related activities
- Support Sales and Client Directors to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Ensure various projects are controlled using effective communication and coordination
- Oversee legal agreements and related risks to meet requirements
- Assist in supervising junior members of the team, giving support with their training and development
Ideal candidate profile:
- Significant experience servicing insurance clients
- Demonstrable knowledge of operational complexities and familiarity with upcoming regulatory changes
- Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and sociable attitude, with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Desire to act as a senior within the team and maintain the firm’s high client service standards
