The Role

We are seeking an experienced  Client Services Associate to join a high-performing investment and wealth management team supporting affluent and high-net-worth clients.

You’ll combine strong knowledge of investments and pensions with excellent client-service skills, managing complex enquiries, supporting onboarding and building trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service to affluent and HNW clients across telephone, digital channels and scheduled meetings.
• Manage client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Handle complex pension and investment transfers, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
• Lead client meetings relating to pension and investment services.
• Act as an escalation point for complex queries and support colleagues with specialist knowledge.
• Keep up to date with investment markets, products, pensions and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Contribute to team training, knowledge sharing and improvements to client-service processes.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in investments, wealth management, private banking, pensions or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products.
• Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication, relationship-management and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence handling complex or sensitive client situations.
• A relevant Level 4 financial services qualification, such as an investment, financial planning or investment management qualification.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
