Client Services Associate

Description

A leading institutional investment management firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers excellent exposure to key client relationships and provides a strong platform for career development within a high-performing and growing business.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for key institutional clients
• Manage, track and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately
• Support the production of quarterly client reports and other investment reporting materials
• Contribute to the completion of RFPs, DDQs and other client-related documentation.
• Develop a strong understanding of fund structures, operational processes and relevant regulatory frameworks.

 

Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of experience in a client services, operations or similar role within investment management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
